When you start hitting "nothing is true, everything is permitted" levels of deconditioning, any urges you might have become extremely dangerous.
There are techniques of detachment and further levels of work to counterbalance that. Are these frequently practiced? Not so sure.

Consider that much of that conditioning is there as external controls of primeval internal impulses. The path of liberation becomes one of realising and replacing that with internal control of a now stronger will. This does not go without intense challenge and extreme failure.
