Feel really, really spent. Need to find time for a lot more movement and some strength training. My overall level of emotional energy is very rapidly exceeding the body's ability to keep up. Too used to lethargy.

It'll also allow you to look back later on and work out what you would do differently next time. Gives perspective on how you've changed your approach, which will effectively feed back in to your current practise. :D Always worth doing regularly as a reality check. :D

I need to do this anyway considering I am getting into teaching, and got to where I am exclusively by figuring stuff out procedurally. I can generally talk people through where they are at the moment, but it would help to have a bigger picture!
