The issue? No. Habitability is really collapsing. Rapidly.
The reactions to the issue? Yeah, but more like frantic desperation than dogmatism is the mood I'm seeing.
When s/o says “this article/speech from 30 years ago is still very relevant” they typically point at a problem still not solved since 30 years, although the solution is known since 30 years. We prefer to indulge in problem descriptions over implementing solutions. IMHO.
I'm doing what little I can right now.
For now that looks like teaching people with their hearts in the right place the kind of meditation that helped me get moving.
Next I aim to learn engineering and farming, but still need some years there.
Do I have time to panic? When?
