My opinion:
Stop it. Switch to mantras only. You are getting overloaded.
I did the same thing of delving deeper into anger and nearly had a divorce.
The emotional stuff will play out over weeks and months if you want to be open to it, but it's a core householding risk.
If you just chill and let it ride for a while, IME traumas will come up into awareness on their own.
It's the same thing as treating PTSD, basically - if you just take people straight to the emotion core of a trauma, it's retraumatizing.
You need to be calm and centered first.
