Did some experiments last year where I took tobacco until I was addicted then stopped for a week, started again, did it on and off throughout the year and the states i went into while not taking was interesting, irritated first, then let it pass and then I got this super focus.

Take very rarely now like once a month, to relax, you think you could do that, without starting smoking all the time? Probably best to stay away as much as possible, I didn't find anything to beneficial in the long run with my experiments, just that tobacco is a hell of a drug.

I've never actually had any addictions. I quit smoking overnight without issue. Had a few cigarettes after, but never had the need to buy more. It's more about the uniquely soothing element of the activity of smoking in itself. A cigarette now would just make me nauseous.
