Not really. You see grandparents treat their kids in the same shitty way as always while coddling their grandkids, like, all the time.
A lot of that stuff gets stuck in the interactions, but it's pretty obvious that some things are *not learned*.

Yeah I agree it’s less about experience than what I’d think it’s the holistic maturation of a person. Being a parent at 21 vs. 35 is very different for most in terms of one’s emotional maturity, overall stability and security, which all plays into how one parents sub-consciously.
