Disinhibit your body so it handles its needs better. I often dance around the city like some psycho, articulating just about every joint I can think of, tensing and releasing, speeding up and slowing down. Healing a lot of the damage done by long-term sedentism.

I don't think about doing this very much. I just let it happen. I don't have a thorough theoretical grounding in physiology, but the body knows what it wants to do.

PS you might feel odd about trying to teach... Not entirely safe meditation techniques, but I suspect you have a lot of mileage in writing about disinhibition, basic deprogramming, and intuitive learning/learning to learn intuitively. It took sortof a miracle to get me there.

That's funny. To me, intuitively is the only way I've ever known to learn anything. I seem to be naturally quite conscientious, but in a "do the hard work" kind of context I've had some seriously damaging stuff prevent me from developing good practices for a long while.
