Looking like our dog may die of a sudden infection, and I'm stuck in Norway shuffling fucking papers for the foreseeable future.

At least the vets seem to think the prognosis is good. Got her on some antibiotics, checkup again Friday. Hopefully she'll hang in there.
I'd hate for her to die thinking I'd just left her permanently.
