Most bad players will persistently make basic errors of calculation, then complain even at outcomes favourable to them, perceiving them as unfair.

It's really pretty striking that you can have people accumulate demonstrably bad records over hundreds of games (<40% win rates, huge money losses, or whatever applies), and still believe that it's luck that fails them, and benefits their opponents.
