So out of practice wrt. meditation that I'm just lying on the sofa refusing to get up, waiting for the mind to quiet and the urge to "do stuff" to fade.
Feels a bit like being reduced to wall pushups and light stretching.

Which is not to say that these things can't be handled in meditation as well, but I am just too distractible to do so right now. Sad.

That worked. Time to eat a little, close Twitter and get rolling.
Tschuss for now!

The post-out-of-shape-workout sweat and shakes equivalent with meditation, is almost unbearable vividness, noticing, feeling, relaxing.
Big relief. Big sigh.

I would spend a bit more time on this right now, but I don't feel quite ready to experience massive disintegration or anything.
Atrophied sense faculties need some rest.

Wall pushups and light stretching can be significant. So can just noticing what it feels like to not want to navigate inertia. Right? 👏🏻

Yeah, of course. Train at the level you're at. Just going with a bit of the old self-deprecation to lighten the mood. :)
