Hospitals are good for feeling young. "Ian, you need to take this seriously, you're still a young man." "Dude, I'm 51 and my hair is white!" "Statistically you've got 30 years of life left." Seriously, hospitals are the only place where I get treated as young.

more seriously, my older friends tell me that around 70 is where the real changes start happening. That's when most people get frail. I've seen exceptions, but rare. Even really fit and health 70s can't take a hit. One bad fall or accident and suddenly they're old.
