I'm SO enjoying cooking for my family again. So far made chicken tacos, beef tacos, chicken and asparagus pie, egg fried rice, and currently cooking a Spanish pork, pepper and chickpea stew to go with the ciabatta we have.
Haven't cooked since India. Damn I got weird looks then.

There's nothing like going shopping for produce, testing the ripeness, asking what things are, having a look of, "hmm, what will go with this..?" on your face, in India, as a bloke, to illicit shocked looks from men & laughter from women.
And doing dishes? Utterly absurd, lmao.
