Fifty one years old now. Doesn't seem like very long ago when I was in my early 30s. (Early 20s do, actually, seem pretty long ago now.)
Last few years have been relatively ok, because I (mostly) got my head out of my ass.
Been a very slow learner, I have.

Funny how it seems to be a 15 year (or so) range for that "not very long ago" feeling.
Some part of my brain is still convinced World of Warcraft came out just a couple of years ago.
