If a company believes that it’s the duty of its employees to embrace change, then the company has the responsibility to clearly express the direction and necessity of its changes.
I’m tired of people
being told to adapt without any expectations being placed on the organisation.

In every company, everything eventually changes. Those who fail to embrace this fact stay in the past, clinging to what they knew, forever stuck working in a company that no longer exists. Embrace change, be radically open minded, hard as that may be.
