The Czech solution (to rampaging Danes) is to allow Danish police to come to Prague in the holiday season & bring arseholes home to Denmark.
But I can see how English patrol cops might not go over well in Ireland. :P

The Norwegian version is to let the pricks wreck their hotel room (or such), then send them a bill for several thousand euros, enforced thru local collectors.
