Some cool norms IMHO:
- extend charity, don't assume malice
- tell the truth
- be courageous
- be humble
- admit your ignorance
- prefer unanswerable questions over unquestionable answers
- pay attention
- look for falsification, not confirmation
- never be angry by accident

I like the last 3 and "admit your ignorance". They are to varying extents actionable.
"Tell the truth" has some problematic associations from the Archmoron, Kant. I feel it's generally too open-ended.

This tweet could have done with some brewing. I spent a minute or so on it a while back and just rattled them off. But they mostly represent what I admire in others, and in my opinion I would be doing well if people described me in these terms.

Twitter is occasionally great for revealing the inferential gap between [idea you have] -> [tweet] -> [readers].
Yeah, I think that mostly works. I just wouldn't be too concerned about what somebody considers "brave" unless I know their views on it, f'rex.
Of course you probably *did* have a model of bravery in mind—I just don't know it.

Yeah. I think the fact I have it pinned sends the wrong message. Appreciate your thoughts as always.

If you think that's bad, remember I have a pinned tweet that calls my feed "Meditations for Plebs".
