It's no wonder countries that tolerate & enable corporate fraud have booming grey and black economies.
There is rarely a reason save necessity to bargain in the regular economy. Massive opportunity.
They will become even bigger if working alternative trust models are developed.

If things start going on the blockchain, you won't *only* see increased authoritarian control, but concordant increase in grey market activity.
That would be my guess, but it seems fundamentally very likely. Trust systems are apolitical. Actors are not.
