Have you ever had a friend ask you for a simple favor and had to be like "FUCK no!?"
I'm usually quick to help a friend, and pretty practical in how I see things, but my example: A friend once asked me, in all seriousness, to shave his back for him.

I regret not "FUCK no!?"-ing it up more often in life.

I think I usually fuck no about as often as I should. The back shaving thing...there's no good reason for it to be weird. I think it's probably unnecessary social norm stuff that I hadn't/haven't ironed out.
(I have had more issues with boundaries in romantic relationships.)
