Yuval Noah Harari might be overrated in the culture at large. But he is underrated in my corner of the Twitter sphere.

Huh? He's solid.
Anyone who gets that popular inevitably becomes overrated, but I haven't seen any unfair takes on him, personally.

He is just not very emphasized. And then hallucinogenic/philosophy people think he is too materialist, which may be fair. But they don't realize that multiple lenses are valuable.

Yes, this assumes some absolute standard his work must be reckoned against.
Fine if someone has just called him "the greatest thinker of the 21st century" (seen a bit of that) - sort of pointless otherwise.
