Out of curiosity, what do you put on them? Here in the US, butter and maple syrup are the standard. Sometimes fruit and whipped cream, if you're feeling fancy.

Fruit jams, sugar, maple syrup, sometimes some cream. Chocolate or ice cream for fancier desserts.
Bacon, cheese, onions etc. for a saltier version.

Funny, bacon, cheese, etc is not a common addition here in the states. There's a Korean place nearby that has a seafood/scallion pancake though, which is pretty good!
