Places like PayPal and Patreon and Amazon (in a different way) are all now practically public utilities and/or banks, but you can be cut out from them with no recourse. This needs to change. Private places when there are no public options, must be treated as commons.

Thought I'd double check and see if @patreon got over their crippling fear of the @VICE legal team. The shift to "...any time at our discretion" indicates to me they know there are others with worse TOS violations. Make sure you aren't using @patreon to pay your rent.
