There are many ways to meditate with music, but one of my favorites is so simple that basically anyone could do it.
At a starter level, pick a song you like - preferably one you really like - and just listen to it. Don't let your attention drift away. Really listen to the song.

That's it. No special somethings. No need to *not* pay attention to anything else - just make sure you're listening.
If you stop paying attention to the music, gently return attention to the music.

It's a simple, not-too-obtrusive and highly effective way to get into a very concentrated state very quickly.

I mean, it's such basic attentional training that most people seem to do it unknowingly - watching movies, playing games.
But I know several people for whom doing it deliberately really changed their lives. From recreational jogging to full-on running. And yet so simple.
