I meant "the anger is utterly nauseating to feel," just to clarify.
I have a range of other emotional expressions that would come out and block anger. They've been fading recently.
Can't understand why anyone would prefer this to that.

A wee bit of research on “attachment theory” may help a little. Certainly helped me to see the world through the lens of others in a less judgemental manner.

It's not a judgement on other people.
It's a description of how anger feels in the body, for me. Cross between tremors and nausea.
