Emotional embodiment is so literal, finding this little bit of tension in my jaw and releasing it just got me out of a nasty thought pattern.

Ditto, but for back/shoulder/headache pain. Constantly stooping for little kids at home and then sitting at a computer at work = pain = bad mood. Tylenol, or a beer, or even just a walk or stretch relieves it, fixes mood.

Big issue there is not being comfortable squatting. I maintain a bad squat, but I never stoop for the kid.
I wouldn't stick my nose in that, except it sounds like a chronic injury waiting to happen.

Yeah, I should try squatting more. Just looking down a lot to talk to/play with them has me start hunching too. Have to be more conscious of it.
