You start noticing these weird pseudohallucinations. Brains are funny and like to pattern-match. Currently, the dishwasher is sort of playing music at me, the gaps in the rhythm filling automatically.

I've noticed the same with other physical sensations, they seem to have a vibrating quality. Waves of neural signals.

The sort of high-clarity periods I have that don't immediately stabilize, it feels like the entire world is expressing itself as a high-frequency wave.
When it's less "ohmygodwhattheshitisthis", everything still feels wavy, but it takes paying particular attention to notice.

It feels almost fractal, in that very specific and localized sensations wave in and out very fast, while the entire canvas is slowly, sloooowly going from peak to through to peak to through.
The sense of paying attention to that slower pattern is itself higher frequency as well.
