They will use climate change the same way the Nazis used socialism: as a cover for a more exclusive dominance of the White rich people.
Only all inclusive and internationalist action stands any chance of success.

I have a bit of a contention with that. I think ecofascism is much more likely to come out of China or India.
Both of those countries are about to get hit very hard by climate change. And they're much more powerful, both economically and militarily, than they get credit for.

Yes. Currently.
It is also currently the most expedient path for China to set itself as diametrically opposed to the US. But, under, the same model of climate devastation, the US is toppled when the West coast desertifies itself.

IMO, China is in adaptive phase of ideological lifecycle, while neoliberalism collapse.
I expect China to have a net positive impact for a while yet.
I just hope for all our sakes that History books don't have to credit them with defeating neoliberalism as west defeated Nazism.
