So, I understand the basis for the argument some people are making to shun Trump supporters for life.
But do these people understand that outside the bubble of the US, they've just implied 90% of adult Americans should receive the same treatment internationally?

"I'm okay, I voted for the probably not racist war criminal who detained slightly fewer refugees and subjected maybe a bit fewer whistleblowers to show trials," is not much of a defense, if "voted for the wrong guy," is now reason to shun people forever.

Every US president for the past 40 or so years has been a figurehead for everything from war crimes through class warfare to regime change and political assassinations & foreign death squads.
That Trump is worse than many of the others on several of topics? Well, yeah. But meh.

... AND that he is personally responsible for stuff that is undoubtedly decided by DoJ, intelligence agencies or other entrenched interests.

I respect anyone who hated Obama for droning little kids in Yemen & elsewhere just as much as they hate Trump for doing it.

Here's another tidbit for you: even if the global economy somehow doesn't self-destruct, Norwegian social democracy will die soon without substantial changes.
Why? The current govt. got away with murder. We won't feel it now, but there will be a price to pay, soon enough.
