Going to go back to some old meditation techniques I adapted off my teachers and converted a bit. Fits my current practice better than it did then.
One of those things I lost track of the pragmatics for, but could probably still do with a bit of effort.
Conversation
Probably the best results I've ever had with meditation have come from:
- Walking around while meditating
- Listening to music while meditating
- Processing (some) emotions through meditation
Replying to
I admire Theravada and similarly gritty disciplines in a lot of ways, but I don't seem quite cut out for that style of practice.
The more eccentric, the better.
