Tried to have a sitting meditation today. Spent almost 40 hours working in front of a PC over the last three days.
Think I'll have a walking meditation instead...

If anything, I used to have more and better results that way.
Not suitable for all my current practices, but a few days until this hellweek ends won't ruin anything.

I used to do a ton of visualization meditation while walking. Very calming and quite a lot of fun, especially when you start getting real results (i.e. you can see what you're visualizing -- didn't keep it up and lost that, alas.)

I spent the first 30 minutes walking through a moonlit forest. Considering I used to be terrified of the dark (still not entirely over it)...
... i didn't have to work hard on visualizing anything.
