Don't know if it's just the bubble of people I talk to, but (outside Norway) it seems to be a common perception that milk consumption is unhealthy. I'm not sure I'd say that's a fair assessment, but quality of milk also varies a lot - e.g. I can't drink most Polish milk. Yuck.

Yeah. That does sound pretty great. Will start checking out the local farmers' markets soon. Just been far. too. busy. One of the real downsides of living in a city, even a crappy one like this one.

Yeah, I know how *you're* getting it. ;) Luckily, Poland is saturated with farmers. Unluckily, Communist and Neolib propaganda converge on the point of nasty pseudofoods being Great For Your Health, so a lot of ignoramuses create a lot of demand for shit food.

You can find some quality food just about everywhere, but outside of the farmer's markets or the countryside (which is very densely populated), supply of particular foods is very spotty.
