Funny. I think I go through something similar if I get really immersed in a movie, particularly horror movies. Do you have this sensation afterwards like you've been thoroughly... I don't know how to put this... flushed?

Well, more to the point, how does this energetic reset feel? What I'm talking about is a feeling of freshness that's less cathartic, more a psychological analogue of having a month's worth of dirt flushed off with a garden hose.
