Hey I let you know that this bike was damaged a week ago and you’ve left it messing up my neighbourhood. I’m a customer and I’m really unimpressed: show some care please.

It’s not my bike, they’re shared bikes that anyone with the app can pay to use, part of that payment *ought* to cover picking up vandalised bikes so the community whose space is being given up for the bikes to park in don’t end up as a bike graveyard.
