Social media damage control is such a low bar for a marketing op, I'm still amazed when companies fail to meet it.

It’s not my bike, they’re shared bikes that anyone with the app can pay to use, part of that payment *ought* to cover picking up vandalised bikes so the community whose space is being given up for the bikes to park in don’t end up as a bike graveyard.
