Hey I let you know that this bike was damaged a week ago and you’ve left it messing up my neighbourhood.
I’m a customer and I’m really unimpressed: show some care please.

It’s still there. Would getting onto my local council and making a complaint about it help move things along?

Social media damage control is such a low bar for a marketing op, I'm still amazed when companies fail to meet it.
Shame about your bike, by the way.
It’s not my bike, they’re shared bikes that anyone with the app can pay to use, part of that payment *ought* to cover picking up vandalised bikes so the community whose space is being given up for the bikes to park in don’t end up as a bike graveyard.

No doubt they’ve figured it’s cheaper to leave the council to pick it up and dispose of it.
