As I walk past the restaurant "A Dong", named after its owner, I idly wonder how ridiculous my name must sound to someone, somewhere.

The local conceit is people either think my name sounds feminine because they can't prononunce the "e" to save their lives and think it's "a".
That, or it sounds like the name of an object rather than a person.
Still, it doesn't *mean* anything ridiculous. Somewhere it must.
