I'm glad to see some of these studies getting replicated.
Nothing is ever settled, but at least we're not chasing a mirage.

Journalists and scientists have always shared an unholy covenant.
Journalists crave news and certainty, and scientists want their ideas vindicated. Not very scientific attitudes.
The process needs to involve relentless criticism and questioning, or it's no process at all.
