These studies are worse than some of the worst hackery I've seen in psychology.
Poor representation of technique, bad methodology... the works.

The study may as well have grabbed a sample of unfit participants and told them to go for short runs before measuring their productivity.
Headline: "Hey Boss, You Don't Want Your Employees to Exercise"
Argument: "Turns out people can get fatigued from running!"
