    Thread: I'm an IT manager in a GP surgery. I've been involved in multiple borough wide IT projects across London. I've worked in Primary care for a decade.This is absolutely the worst idea I've heard in a long time. It sounds like nothing more than more plundering the NHS

    The reality of Neoliberal UK- workers' share of GDP shrunk to 49.3%, the lowest recorded. The poorest 20% of households pay 42.4% of their income in taxes, compared to 37.8% for the richest 20%. Need a government with different priorities..

    I lost my sister yesterday. The fact it was suicide has hurt both me and my dad so much having lost my mum 2 years ago to the suicide too. We have been left broken. If anybody gets the idea of taking their life please dont do it. Speak to somebody.
