What about Sarah Hall? Unlocked but can’t use.
This is now fixed as of our latest Game Settings update about an hour ago. Jump in and let us know if you still can't select her in Blackout.

Thank you, it has worked :) Can we please know whether Sergei is an in-game character unlock, in reserves or a part of a future Special Order? Since the locked character for him doesn’t show, so we have no clues, unlike prior characters.
