This is so ridicules...this is not needed. Enforce existing public disturbance and arson laws and this becomes moot.
Arson doesn't apply when it is your own property, and the right to protest isn't a public disturbance. Don't be a tyrant.

You obviously are not familiar with arson laws. And the "right" to protest isn't a disturbance, however exercising that right in a manner that causes a public nuisance, violence or property damage is. We can also talk about incitement to riot, disorderly conduct, etc.
