Most of the countries to the left have a poor test and track system in place hence the virus is more likely to be wider spread there. In general, travel bans are useless (can possibly delay spread for a short time). But don’t use the racism card on this one

Is that really the most accurate description of those countries? Please try harder. South Africa has the highest vaccination rate out of the 50+ countries in Africa. It's low but still...
