Ideally we need more inclusive & empathetic policies and leaders. When we fix it for the most marginalized, everybody benefits. I don’t have to quit quietly or otherwise if I work in an envir that provides the flex to disconnect when I need to & doesn’t punish me for needing to.

So true. This is something that Black people in the diaspora are all too aware of. Global leaders please listen when Black, Brown and Indigenous people all over the world tell you that “racism travels well”. There’s no corner of the globe that has not been infected by racism.
