Clearly you didn't watch the video explaining the situation. 1) It's not the same song in the first place. 2) Disputes were denied even after removing the song in the YT editor. 3) He deleted a video and reuploaded it with him humming in place of the song, still claimed again.
Also - he didn't remove the song in the first place. That's a lie.
