We'd like to help. Does this happen across devices? Also, mind sharing a few screenshots and your channel URL for us to look into it? Keep us posted.

Hmm. Upon checking, the username URL(http://www.youtube.com/user/Travisyounotyou …) seems to be working as intended. The channel ID(http://youtube.com/UCoBjkVB ...) may be incorrect hence doesn't work, you may double check. Let us know if this helps.

How am I able to get the other channel back? Because it cannot check the analysis of it at all and that's the one that has a hundred and four subscribers.

The channel URL that you've shared has 104 subscribes as you've mentioned. Could please tell us if you're referring to two channels or one? Let us know.

Are you able to see the orders that people have viewed our Channel? For me it does not show anything.

We'd like to understand this better. Could you elaborate the issue along with specifics for us to dive deeper? Also, we noticed that the screenshots in your last tweet includes your emails. Since this is considered private info we recommend deleting your tweet. Thanks.

Everytime I try to look at the analysis to see anything about that channel that has 104 subscribers I always get this error message.pic.twitter.com/87t0eExpHF

While clearing your browser's cache and cookies clears things up on desktop, updating or reinstalling the app often fixes most issues on your mobile device. Let us know how it goes.

I did uninstall it and reinstall it. I also simulated battery pull on my phone to refresh everything. I'm still getting the same.
