Most people are not: Lawyers Doctors PAs Accountants Nurses Psychologists Therapists Social workers Teachers Professors I am right. College is a waste of time for most people. And dismissing self-employed entrepreneurs and truck drivers is a despicable level of condescending.

That is not what I said it implied... You have missed the importance of which school ( University or Technical) will get me (the applicant) a job. I would like to believe that they see my GPA, but 9 times out of 10. They (The Employer) sees school over my grades. Period.

Being a College dropout myself cannot agree more, but leave to your interpretation the many who really know the job they are applying for... There are those who have a differential in the school they attended. Simply Said: Don't Discount the Education anyone has received.

No I haven't dismissed trade school. ( TechSchool has paid off for me) But Attractive Higher paid Careers - Lawyers, Glorified Accounts and even a Teacher will have a prestigious institution attached and developed a set of tactics that will Get / Keep The Job. The Math adds up.
