There were 62 KNOWN cases of voter fraud. In Minnesota you can register at the polls without an ID and vote the same day. Not a provisional ballot, but an anonymous vote that cannot be challenged. I'm guessing there's more than 62 fraudulent ballots in every Minnesota election.
