Uh, the WHO said on January 14th there was no person to person transmission and a week later that travel bans were xenophobic draconian policy.

The WHO didn’t do a perfect job on on this at all but it declared a global health emergency before Trump did any of that. Trump also issued travel restrictions **after** coronavirus arrived in the US. And then downplayed the threat for weeks after that, wasting valuable time
