At this point I'm mystified why paper towel and toilet paper are still virtually impossible to stock in the New York area.
Heard an employee at Cub Foods yesterday. He told someone on the phone that they won't allow returns of toilet paper because they want people who were hoarding to be held accountable. If people are trying to make returns this policy only extends the shortage.
