The Constitution still means something in America. We don't seize private property. However, it would be very interesting to see how much government funding Harvard receives & why.
1) Eminent domain and asset forfeiture are examples of the government seizing private property. 2) In addition to looking at government funding we should start looking at the deductibility of donations. 3) If the educations are fraudulent we should consider endowments in play.
