This includes “the White House” as a socialist program. Whoever made this list doesn’t know what socialism is. I would like to at least eliminate the Department of Energy, farm subsidies, FBI, IRS, federal student loans, NPR, PBS, and USPS though since you asked.

The US has been building commercial nuclear plants since 1958. The Department of Energy didn't exist until 1977. We don't need a Department of Energy to build nuclear plants.
